空分工艺技术员

职位描述：
This is a rotating shift position responsible for day to day operation of four sets A3000 LASU plant in ChangZhi, Shanxi. This role mainly take charge of the shift production to ensure Gas Products Supply integrity/Liquid production per production Plan, and responsible for shift field safety, Efficient/reliable Operation for the plant, execute daily safety inspection and general shift routine inspection, assist PMO engineers to implement Preventive maintenance work and other assigned works by Production Supervisor. This position will be reporting to Snr Process Tech.
这是一个轮班岗位，负责山西长治4*A3000工厂的日常运行工作，岗位主要负责日常运作以确保气体及/液体产品的供应能按生产计划执行，确保当班班组工作现场的安全，有效及可靠运行；执行日常的安全检查及基本的例行检查工作；协助PMO工程师进行预防性维修工作和其他由生产主管分配的工作。该职位向高级工艺技术员汇报
1.Work closely with other operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the LUAN LASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery system, product quality control, trailer loading, Routine field/equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant run safely and efficiently.
同其他操作人员和工程师密切配合，负责日常操作，包括过程调整，管道输送系统，产品质量控制，拖车装载，日常现场/设备检查等。确保生产现场安全高效运转。
2.Record daily/monthly production report, and execute daily/monthly routine job.
记录每天/每月生产报表，完成每日/每月工作。
3.Assist O&M Engineers to implement Preventive maintenance.
协助O&M工程师执行预防性维修工作
4.Attend safety meeting and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M, Safety action training and so on)and write safety reports.
参加安全会议并执行日常安全审核（包括APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M,安全行为培训等）编写安全报告
5.Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. Also work closely with logistics customers, local operation, O&M team, PTS team, commercial team etc.
为更好地与客户合作，要与客户保持良好沟通，同时与物流客户，现场操作、O&M团队，PTS团队保持紧密沟通
6.Accomplish Operator training course and other cross training course etc. Learn and implement relevant procedure/safety standard
完成操作员培训课程以及其他培训课程，并认真贯彻执行相关流程/安全标准。
7.Follow safety procedure/safety standard
遵守安全流程/标准
8.Improve English level gradually, be able to read safety manual and operation manual
逐步提高英语水平，有能力阅读安全手册和操作指南
