- Manage GM’s calendar, schedule, and coordinate meetings.
- Plan for GM’s business trips, including hotel and
transportation reservations. - Assist GM with reimbursement tasks.
- Handle visitor reception, including beverage requests,
itinerary planning, facility tour coordination, catering, and meeting
arrangements. - Customer gifts & company vehicle daily management.
- Oversee and control the usage of the Company Chop & Legal
Representative Chop, ensuring all applications are properly documented and
fully compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Manage the company’s internal contract administration,
including approval tracking, filing, and lifecycle maintenance in
accordance with internal policies. - Support employee activities and company events.
- Assist in lean production-related projects.
- Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Key Requirements | 任职要求

Bachelor’s degree or above in
science, engineering, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience; outstanding fresh
graduates will also be considered. - Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to
collaborate effectively across teams. - High flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Creative, energetic, and proactive attitude.
