1.    Responsible for customer Spec.
review, optical simulation and presentation to customer during RFQ
2.    Participate in customer’s and CFT’s
meetings to exchange the requirement
3.    Conduct the optical design,
simulation and provide the optimization solutions per the test report
4.    Provide the cross validation
matrix(e.g. tolerance analysis, LED selection…) from optical aspect to E/E and
mechanical design, to eliminate the risks in series production
5.    Participate in internal component
design review process together with the product development engineer to ensure
the design approval
6.    Partially support product development
engineer to track and solve the product relevant issues during development
7.    Participate in internal and
customer’s optical evaluation and photometry measurement on physical parts
during development
8.    Collect up all the issues, lesson
learnt during the development and generate into the knowledge library as the
database, and share to the whole team
9.    Other tasks assigned by the
supervisor
