Key Responsibilities Recruitment • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. • Utilize headhunting techniques and networking channels to proactively identify passive candidates. • Partner closely with HRBP and hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring timelines. • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, soft skills and cultural fit. • Stay updated on automotive industry trends, talent movements, and competitor activities to provide insights to the HR team. Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by HR Director. Main Requirements • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience. • Proven track record in recruiting for the Automotive Industry is preferred. • Previous working experience in a Headhunter is preferred. • Fluency in spoken English is required. Ability to conduct interviews in English and communicate effectively with international colleagues is mandatory. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
