Job Responsibilities岗位描述:
1. Responsible for the access audit, process quality monitoring and annual quality evaluation of main material and tool suppliers in the automotive industry, establish and improve supplier quality files, screen high-quality supplier resources, and eliminate unqualified suppliers.
负责汽车行业主材、刀具类供应商的准入审核、过程质量监控及年度质量评价，建立并完善供应商质量档案，筛选优质供应商资源，淘汰不合格供应商。
2. Lead the identification, analysis and solution of supplier quality issues, including incoming inspection abnormalities, supplier product quality defects during production, etc., organize quality rectification meetings, track the implementation of rectification plans, verify rectification effects, and form closed-loop management.
主导供应商质量问题的识别、分析与解决，包括来料检验异常、生产过程中供应商产品质量缺陷等，组织召开质量整改会议，跟踪整改方案落地，验证整改效果，形成闭环管理。
3. Promote supplier quality improvement, formulate supplier quality improvement plans, guide suppliers to optimize production processes, improve quality control systems, and enhance the consistency and stability of supplier products.
推动供应商质量提升，制定供应商质量改进计划，指导供应商优化生产工艺、完善质量管控体系，提升供应商产品一致性和稳定性。
4. Link with the purchasing department, participate in the docking of purchasing needs for main materials and tools, put forward purchasing quality requirements based on quality standards, assist the purchasing team in conducting quality dimension evaluation during bidding and price comparison, and balance purchasing cost and product quality.
联动采购部门，参与主材、刀具类采购需求对接，结合质量标准提出采购质量要求，协助采购团队在招标、比价过程中进行质量维度评估，平衡采购成本与产品质量。
5. Optimize the collaborative process of quality and purchasing, simplify the incoming inspection process, standardize the supplier communication mechanism, improve purchasing efficiency and quality control efficiency, and reduce purchasing delays and cost waste caused by supplier quality issues.
优化质量与采购协同流程，简化来料检验流程、规范供应商沟通机制，提升采购效率与质量管控效率，降低因供应商质量问题导致的采购延误、成本浪费。
6. Participate in the formulation and review of quality clauses in purchasing contracts, clarify supplier quality responsibilities, acceptance standards and claim mechanisms, and avoid purchasing quality risks.
参与采购合同中质量条款的拟定与审核，明确供应商质量责任、验收标准及索赔机制，规避采购质量风险。
7. Improve the supply chain quality control system, formulate and update system documents such as quality acceptance standards and incoming inspection specifications for main material and tool suppliers, ensuring that quality control is carried out in accordance with rules.
完善供应链质量管控体系，制定并更新主材、刀具类供应商质量验收标准、来料检验规范等制度文件，确保质量管控有章可循。
8. Collect and sort out supplier quality data, conduct statistical analysis, form quality reports, and provide data support for SCM decision-making and purchasing strategy adjustment.
收集、整理供应商质量数据，进行统计分析，形成质量报告，为供应链管理决策、采购策略调整提供数据支撑。
9. Cooperate with internal quality system audits and customer quality audits, provide supplier quality-related data, and implement supplier quality rectification requirements involved in the audit process.
配合公司内部质量体系审核、客户质量审核，提供供应商质量相关资料，落实审核过程中涉及的供应商质量整改要求。
10. Cooperate closely with the production, R&D, quality and other departments, feedback the impact of supplier product quality issues on production, and jointly solve the quality hazards caused by supplier products during the production process.
与生产、研发、质量等部门密切协作，反馈供应商产品质量问题对生产的影响，协同解决生产过程中因供应商产品导致的质量隐患。
11. Conduct supplier quality training to improve suppliers' quality awareness and technical level, and establish long-term and stable supplier cooperative relationships.
开展供应商质量培训，提升供应商质量意识和技术水平，建立长期稳定的供应商合作关系。
12. Complete other work related to supplier quality and supply chain collaboration assigned by superiors.
完成上级交办的其他与供应商质量、供应链协同相关的工作。
Job Requirements任职要求:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Quality Management or related fields is preferred.
本科及以上学历，机械制造、材料工程、汽车工程、质量管理等相关专业优先。
2. 1-3 years or more of SQE related work experience in the automotive industry, familiar with the supply chain quality control process of the automotive industry.
1-3年及以上汽车行业SQE相关工作经验，熟悉汽车行业供应链质量管控流程。
3. Those with relevant experience in purchasing or quality control of main materials and tools are preferred, and understand the material standards, production processes and key quality inspection points of main materials and
tools.
具备主材、刀具类采购或质量管控相关经验者优先，了解主材、刀具的材质标准、生产工艺及质量检验要点。
4. Those with experience in supplier access, quality audit, rectification tracking and cross-departmental collaboration are preferred.
有供应商准入、质量审核、整改跟踪及跨部门协同工作经验者优先。
5. Master quality management tools (such as 8D, 5Why, FMEA, SPC, etc.), and be able to independently carry out the analysis and rectification of supplier quality issues.
掌握质量管理工具（如8D、5Why、FMEA、SPC等），能够独立开展供应商质量问题分析与整改。
6. Familiar with automotive industry quality standards (such as IATF16949 quality system), and understand the basic processes and methods of incoming inspection and process inspection.
熟悉汽车行业质量标准（如IATF16949质量体系），了解来料检验、过程检验的基本流程和方法。
7. Have good communication and negotiation skills with suppliers, and be able to effectively promote supplier quality improvement.

8. Proficient in using Office software (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.), and have basic data statistics and analysis capabilities

9. Have strong sense of responsibility, principle and problem-solving ability, and a rigorous attitude towards quality control.
