高级硬件设计经理（笔电/PC）

【Base上海】笔电团队to global，统招本科，8年+PC硬件设计开发经验，扎实过硬技术背景，英语良好-可作为工作语言。对接内部研发+ODM+海外技术对等。新产品开发及技术项目管理经验加分。IC/不带人。
软性要求：学历好，稳定性好，逻辑沟通（表达）好。
Job Responsiblities
1. Lead product technical assessment, be responsible for product technical proposals, and drive product competitiveness and feasibility for mass production.
2. Lead to investigate industry technical trend, drive innovation POC planning and incubation for N+1 product. Lead and co-work with internal development team to landing new POC or industry leading feature for product.
3. Oversee end-to-end R&D project management, take charge of schedules and deliverables, and drive planning, risk/change management, and key activities to ensure on-time and quality project delivery.
4. Possess a good technical background in PC development, especially has knowledge of HW Lead hardware requirement analysis, key component options, schematic design, layout review and other tasks.
5. Organize the internal team and ODM resources to handle the critical issues, has capability to solve complex problem.
Job Requirements
1. 10+ years or more of PC Hardware design and system engineering experience.
2. New product development and technical project management experience is a plus.
3. Fluent English in writing, reading, and speaking.
4. Have strong communication and teamwork skills, be able to work with (global) team members and ODM team members.
