Responsibilities:
• Establish, implement, and maintain the Finance policies at the China manufacturing site in accordance with company standards.
• Lead and manage all activities, including bookkeeping, GL, reporting, etc.
• Ensure effective handling of non-conformities, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and analyze performance and ensure structured reporting.
• Support the factory start-up and ramp-up phase, including process robustness.
• Work closely with local and global teams to ensure financial requirements.
• Promote a growth focused culture and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Act as the main Financial authority for the China site.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with major in Finance related.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance within a western manufacturing environment.
• Experience with team leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge in local GAAP, tax and reporting.
• Experience with factory start-up is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in improvement methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills; ability to work in an international environment.
