Responsibilities:
• Establish, implement, and maintain the HR and Admin policies at the China manufacturing site in accordance with company standards.
• Lead and manage all activities, including recruiting, payroll, people development, admin and ER.
• Ensure effective handling of non-conformities, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and analyze performance and ensure structured reporting.
• Support the factory start-up and ramp-up phase, including process robustness.
• Work closely with local and global teams to ensure HR requirements.
• Promote a people focused culture and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Act as the main HR authority for the China site.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR within a western manufacturing environment.
• Experience with set up HR policies and recruitment for China site.
• Strong knowledge in labour law and team building.
• Experience with factory start-up is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience in improvement methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills; ability to work in an international environment.
