投标与报价工程师

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Window person to receive and distribute RFPs / RFQs / Pricing Exercises
• Analyze key requirements for the Bid and communicate the same with involved stakeholders
• Supporting our Sourcing Team to obtain costs from various partners and suppliers in China and abroad
• Create and use calculation models to finalize pricing for external as well as inter-company sales of products
and services
• By doing so, have a constant control of margins and profits for the China operation, considering our partners
in regional / local markets in the International Markets
• Keep regular contact and build up a relationship with existing and new suppliers
• Responsible for excellent Bid documentation
• Provide support on other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related industry and minimum 1 year working experience in the field of trading,
manufacturing or controlling
• Knowledge of furniture, retail fit-out and/or signage industry is a strong plus
• Excellent office skills, especially in MS Excel and comprehensive calculation tables
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English and Chinese
• Enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn new skills and work as part of an international team
• Ability to stay positive, especially during busy/stressful periods
