Aim of the position is to coordinate the project and production process between the Headquarters and our suppliers. The job includes translating key documents from Chinese into English to ensure transparency and smooth communication with all partners. The role also involves establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to achieve business objectives.
Business Coordination responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication between the China office, headquarters, and external partners (factories, suppliers, agents).
- Monitor production and development processes and timelines, reporting status updates, risks, and deviations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the flow of information related to samples, materials, costs, deadlines, and approvals.
- Prepare business analyses, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate implementation of new projects, processes, and optimization initiatives within the department.
- Participate in supplier and factory evaluations (performance, risk assessment, KPI tracking, compliance).
Organizational / Administrative Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain departmental documentation (agreements, NDA, costing sheets, reports, SOPs).
- Support administrative processes of the China office (local contracts, service providers, office equipment).
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating communication between factories, suppliers and international partners;
- Experience working with production timelines, order tracking and delivery coordination in a manufacturing environment;
- Practical knowledge of footwear production processes;
- Experience supporting product development or sampling processes with factories;
Mandatory Requirements:
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily communication with international partners;
- Strong organizational and coordination skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects/orders simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and standard office tools;
- Ability to work with production schedules, cost breakdowns, and order documentation;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to details and ability to follow up on production issues with factories
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of footwear materials, components, construction, and quality control standards;
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance and compliance requirements in footwear production;
- Experience in logistics coordination or shipping documentation
