重点：需要对视觉敏感、有主导车主app经验
1. Bachelor degree in design related major, with more than 3 years of Internet design experience, unique opinions and practical experience in interface design and user experience design.
本科设计相关专业毕业，具备8年以上互联网设计经验，对界面设计、用户体验设计的独到见解和实践经验。
2. Have excellent landing product cases, be able to analyze problems from multiple dimensions and put forward practical design solutions based on business disassembly design objectives
有出色的落地产品案例，能够基于业务拆解设计目标，从多维度分析问题，提出切实可行的设计解决方案；
3. He has his own judgment on the design trend, can create the design at the forefront of the trend, and can create a unique design style in combination with the brand characteristics. He is a very excellent design executor, controller and reviewer of design specifications
对设计趋势有自己的判断，能创造出处于趋势前沿的设计，能结合品牌特性创造出独特的设计风格，是非常优秀的设计执行者、设计规范的把控者和评审者；
4. eight Have good understanding and communication skills, and spread their own design ideas and design ideas
具备良好的理解和沟通能力，将自己的设计理念和设计思想传播出去。
5. Have mobile product R & D knowledge, understand the front-end layout knowledge of IOS and Android, and be able to describe the design products as deliverables that R & D engineers can understand and facilitate development.
具备移动产品研发知识，了解iOS和安卓的前端布局知识，能将设计产出物描述为研发工程师能够理解并方便开发的交付物。
6. Build and maintain design specifications and component library to improve the collaborative efficiency of design and R & D
搭建并维护设计规范和组件库，提升设计和研发的协同效率；
7. Pay attention to the changes of function point data of the designed products, and optimize and iterate the existing products in combination with the investigation and analysis of the industry and users
关注设计产品的功能点数据变化，结合行业和用户的调研分析，优化迭代已有产品；
8. Always pay attention to the design trend and the aesthetic tendency of target users, conduct forward-looking research, and constantly enrich the iterative design language.
时刻关注设计趋势和目标用户的审美倾向，进行前瞻性的研究，并不断丰富迭代设计语言。
