职位描述
英语可作为工作语言团队搭建经验员工关系招聘培训HRBP综合人力部门教育学校/学历教育课外培训与资格考试人力资源
POST-HOLDER SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES.
Expat employee visa/work permit/residence permit application and renewal to ensure the legal compliance.
Recruitment and staffing related work, including candidate specification, advertisements, screen, shortlisting, recommendation, coordinating interview etc.
Execute Expat employee overseas remittance according to contract.
Execute Expat Employee No Criminal Record Application.
Assist new staff induction and orientation.
Support daily HR operation.
Lead or support certain personnel project
To undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service to the foreign teachers.
Skills/qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in English, HR or related majors a plus;
- At least 3 years experience in HR position;
- Fluency in English writing and conversation a must, able to work comfortably with people from different cultures.
