岗位职责:
1.According to the various requirements of the workshop and the arrangement of the group leader, participate in the production, quality, personnel, safety, original price, preservation, on-site, energy and other aspects of the work to ensure that the operation of key positions meets the requirements and complete the work tasks of the workshop with quality and quantity;
2.According to the requirements of the workshop, identify problems that affect assembly quality, assist the team leader to promote improvements, and enhance the quality process assurance ability;
3.According to the requirements of the work instructions, perform standard operations, and produce in accordance with process standards and quality standards to ensure safe production and stable quality in the team;
4.Assist the team leader in the statistical analysis of safety, quality and other issues in the production process, solve the problem, extend and standardize, and avoid the recurrence of the problem;
1.依据车间的各项要求及班长安排，参与本班组生产、品质、人事、安全、原价、保全、现场、能源等各方面工作，确保关键岗位操作符合要求，保质保量完成车间的工作任务；
2.根据车间要求，识别影响装配品质问题，协助班长推动改进，提升品质过程保证能力；
3.依据作业指导书要求，执行标准作业，按照工艺标准和质量标准生产，确保班组内安全生产和品质稳定；
4.协助班长对生产过程中安全、品质等问题统计分析，问题解决，横展并标准化，避免问题复发；

任职要求:
1.Technical secondary school/high school or above；
2.Able to complete related tasks in strict accordance with the order, process, and operation essentials of the work manual and work instruction;
3.Execution ability: implement business work in accordance with the prescribed steps and strictly observe the completion date；
4.Have power battery assembly, bolt tightening, wire harness plug installation, abnormal production disposal, and other related professional skills；
5.Team adaptability and learning ability: can quickly integrate into the new environment, coordinate and communicate smoothly, quickly master the teaching knowledge, skills and methods, and operate independently.
1.学历：中专/高中及以上;
2.能够严格根据作业手顺书、作业指导书的顺序、工艺、操作要领完成相关作业；
3.执行力：按照规定步骤实施业务工作，严格遵守完成日期;
4.具备动力电池装配，螺栓拧紧，线束插接安装，生产异常处置，等相关专业技能；
5.团队适应性和学习能力：能快速融入新环境，协调沟通顺利，快速掌握教授知识，技能方法并独立操作。
