岗位职责:
1. Responsible on deviation management process regular update and release according to the Lesson-Learn to conduct the best practice.
2. Responsible on deviation management process regular training to all related teams to make sure all related engineers understand the process and can work follow the process.
3. Responsible to run the Deviation Steering Circle, to make sure all deviations can be reported and approved in time to support on-line build.
4. Responsible to integrate all relevant design change contents that cannot be implemented according to the normal change process according to the build content definition, set up the deviation tracking plan together with all related engineers, to make sure all needed deviation can be prepared in time.
5. Responsible on deviation related technical change content and the deviation feasibility checking, define the deviation type and the conduct strategy according to SAL BOM management standards. Do deviation report robustness checking (guide and help the engineer to update if necessary) to make sure the deviation content completeness, the information sufficiency and executability of the deviation.
6. Responsible on approved deviation follow up steps monitoring to make sure the deviation can be conducted according to the plan and can be closed with long term solution conducted.
7. Join in the line work before each build phase, check if all approved deviation parts arrived with right status and fix issues together with production team to protect the production.
8. Responsible on SAL test drive license definition test training content development and organize the regular test drive training to make sure SAL test engineers can get the right drive skill training and certification.
1. 负责根据经验教训进行偏差管理流程的例行更新和释放,以确保偏差管理流程的有效性。
2. 负责组织实施针对所有相关部门的偏差管理流程的培训,确保所有相关的工程师都能了解偏差管理流程并按照流程进行相关工作。
3. 负责组织运营偏差管理工作圈,确保所有偏差能够及时上会汇报并取得批准以支持在线生产。
4. 根据非量产车造车阶段的定义,整合所有无法根据正常变更流程进行实施的相关设计变更内容,组织设计部工程师制定偏差申请计划并进行追踪,确保所有必要的偏差都能在及时提出。
5. 负责偏差申请的技术内容确认,偏差方案可行性判断,并依据光束整车BOM管理原则确定偏差类型及组织实施的方式。 对每个偏差报告进行评审 (必要时指导和协助责任工程师进行整改),确保偏差申请报告的完整性,信息的充分性和可执行性。
6. 负责追踪偏差批准后的相关操作流程以确保偏差能够按计划实施并在确保长期解决方案实施后按时关闭偏差。
7. 参与每个造车阶段前的巡线活动,确认是否所有批准的偏差零件正确交付并配合生产团队解决现场零件交付的问题。
8. 负责光束汽车试验驾照等级定义、驾照考试内容开发并定期组织驾驶技能培训和考试以确保所有光束的试验工程师都能够得到正确的驾驶技能培训并得到正式的认可。
任职要求:
1. In depth- knowledge of methods for BOM and Launch management. Understanding of processes in test planning and hardware build. Organization of regular alignment meetings like test platform.
2. Proficient at communication in English and Chinese written and verbally. Ability to chair meetings (incl. online) in these languages. Basic understanding of OEM technical terminology commonly used in automotive field.
3. In-depth knowledge of build BOM and deviation.
4. Good knowledge of vehicle configuration.
5. Deep understand on technical change and with the capability of content judgment.
6. 5+ years working experience.
1. 深入掌握物料清单(BOM)与产品发布管理方法。熟悉测试规划与硬件搭建流程。组织定期共识会议,如测试平台会议。
2. 精通中英文书面及口头沟通。具备主持会议(含线上会议)的能力。对汽车领域常用主机厂技术术语有基本了解。
3. 专业的造车BOM 和偏差放行经验。
4. 熟悉车辆配置定义。
5. 对技术变更由深入的理解并且具备变更内容合理性判断的能力。
6. 5年以上工作经验。
