Job Summary: Customer maintenance through various sales support activities. Duties & Responsibilities Specific duties including, but not restricted to : 1.Managing and enhancing customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth 2.Deliver top customer service, by exceeding our customers’ expectations 3.Answer all customer/overseas e-mails/faxes overnight(same day reply), with professional reply 4.Communicate with overseas offices, agents concerning sales and new orders 5.Handle orders for customers 6.Stay up-to-date on industry related issues and rate levels 7.Issue professional looking quotations/documents 8.Update customer’s information in the EDI Enterprise 9.Work closely with the other department and provide full support on customers’ issue 10.Aware/follow of credit control procedures 11.Follow the superior's instructions and implement policies 12.Report any special occasions to a superior on time 13.Any other duties as assigned from time to time 14.Assistant KAM to deal with import business. 15.Cooperated with overseas team to solve issue when it happens. 16.Checking CW1 quality per week 17.Quotation for each inquiry Skills & Educational Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s Degree in logistics management or related disciplines 2.Minimum 5 years working experience in logistics/freight forwarder industry, global company is priority. 3.Customer driven mind-set, good telephone manner with proficiency communication skills 4.Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin, both verbally and in written,CET4 or above. 5.Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel software Inter Relationships: Highly interactive with customers and internal staff Working conditions: Flexible hours required occasionally.
