职位描述
1. 团队领导与管理：
- 领导软件工程师团队，负责化学发光免疫分析（CLIA）分析仪软件平台的开发与维护。
- 管理团队优先级及项目进度，确保软件模块按时交付。
- 为团队成员提供技术指导、培养支持及绩效评估。
2. 软件开发与设计：
- 负责CLIA分析仪软件系统的设计、开发与优化，重点关注性能、可靠性及用户体验。
- 与硬件工程师、质量团队及研发团队紧密合作，实现软硬件的无缝集成。
- 开发支持分析仪核心功能的软件，包括检测流程、数据管理、用户界面、系统诊断及报告输出等。
3. 质量保证与测试：
- 建立并确保严格的软件测试及验证流程。
- 与质量团队协作，制定并实施软件测试方案，及时解决系统缺陷、性能问题及软件漏洞。
4. 跨部门协作与沟通：
- 作为软件、硬件及临床团队之间的桥梁，确保产品满足客户需求及法规要求。
- 清晰传达技术方案及问题，与跨部门团队及管理层有效沟通。
- 参与产品规划、功能优先级制定及技术战略讨论。
5. 法规合规：
- 确保软件开发过程符合医疗器械相关法规及标准（如FDA、CE、ISO）。
- 与法规及质量团队协作，支持产品注册认证及审计工作。
6. 持续改进：
- 持续关注软件技术发展趋势及行业实践。
- 优化软件开发流程与方法，提高团队效率及软件质量。
任职资格：
• 教育背景：
- 机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科或硕士学历。
• 工作经验：
- 5年以上医疗器械或诊断设备软件开发经验。
- 至少2–3年团队管理或技术负责人经验。
- 有CLIA或诊断设备软件开发经验者优先。
• 技能与能力：
- 熟练掌握C++、Java、Python等编程语言之一或多种。
- 熟悉软件开发方法及工具（如Agile、Scrum）。
- 熟悉医疗软件相关标准（如IEC 62304、ISO 13485）。
- 具备数据管理及数据库设计经验。
- 熟悉医疗设备界面设计或嵌入式系统开发。
• 语言能力：
- 英语流利（书面及口语）。
优先条件：
- 具备体外诊断（IVD）设备及CLIA技术相关经验。
- 熟悉医疗软件法规及合规要求（FDA、CE、ISO 13485）。
- 有嵌入式系统开发及软硬件接口经验。
