职位描述
1.负责伺服驱动器/电机控制器的嵌入式软件架构设计、编程和调试。
2.开发、实现和优化电机控制算法，包括但不限于：FOC（磁场定向控制）、SVPWM、PID调节、陷波滤波器、位置/速度/转矩闭环控，熟练掌握电流环、速度环、位置环的 PID 参数整定方法。
3.编写高效、可靠的嵌入式C/C++代码，并在ARM Cortex-M（STM324xx以上）平台上进行部署和优化。
4.参与硬件设计讨论，为驱动板硬件设计（如采样电路、IGBT/MOSFET驱动）提供软件层面的需求和建议。
5.使用示波器、功率分析仪等工具进行系统调试，解决电磁兼容性（EMC）、噪声、振动等实际问题。
6.编写详细的设计文档、测试案例和技术报告。
7.与硬件工程师、机械工程师和系统工程师紧密合作，确保整个系统性能的良好运行。
【任职要求】
1.自动化、电气工程、电子工程、计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2.3年以上电机驱动器、伺服系统或变频器软件开发经验。
3.扎实的电机理论和控制理论基础，深刻理解FOC、PID、SVPWM等核心算法。
4.精通嵌入式C/C++语言编程，有丰富的微控制器（MCU）开发调试经验。
5.熟悉常见的工业实时通信协议，如EtherCAT、CANopen等，有主站或从站开发经验者优先。
6.具备基本的硬件知识，能够阅读原理图，使用调试工具（如示波器）分析问题。
7.强大的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决复杂的技术挑战充满激情。
8.良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
