Comprehensively evaluate supplier capabilities through audits, capability assessments, and quality risk analyses to select high-quality partners;
Develop and promote improvement plans targeting suppliers’ performance gaps to help them improve quality levels and achieve win-win results;
Lead the investigation and resolution of supplier-related quality issues, use 8D root cause analysis methods to verify the effectiveness of corrective actions, and fundamentally avoid the recurrence of similar problems;
Coordinate with internal and customer audit work, provide supply chain-related support, and ensure the smooth progress of audits;
Take the lead in carrying out continuous improvement projects across the supply chain, focusing on reducing defects, waste, and variations to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the supply chain;
Provide technical support on supplier quality to the Engineering and Operations teams, and share professional knowledge and experience;
Work closely with international teams to jointly assess supply chain risks and ensure the stability and safety of supply.

Assist in completing a small amount of auxiliary work according to team needs to support the efficient operation of the team (no additional core responsibilities required).
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (relevant majors are preferred).
Certification Requirements:
Possess a valid quality-related certification (such as ISO-related certifications).
Required Experience:
3-5 years of relevant work experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Process Engineering;
Familiar with ISO 9001 standard requirements and have practical application experience;
Have experience in internal/external audits and be able to independently carry out audit-related work;
Have experience in non-conformity management and be able to effectively handle various quality non-conformity issues;
Have a work background in manufacturing and laboratory environments, and understand industry characteristics and quality control key points.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in using various office, software, including word processing, database management, project management tools, and spreadsheets, to efficiently complete daily work.
Travel Requirements:
This position may require up to 50% travel and requires the ability to adapt to the travel rhythm.

Possess process and system audit capabilities, able to accurately interpret quality standards and ensure that all work complies with regulations and internal company requirements;
Strong organizational skills, able to reasonably plan work, manage multiple tasks, and efficiently achieve various work goals;
Able to work in both factory and office settings, and use standard office equipment (including computers); have good concentration, able to maintain work meticulousness despite interruptions; able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds (approximately 18 kilograms); have good eyesight to read printed materials and computer screens; have good hearing and expression skills to communicate face-to-face and over the telephone.
