职位描述
● 负责公司环境（E）、健康（H）与安全（S）管理体系的建立、实施与持续改进；
● 组织开展安全培训、隐患排查及应急预案演练，确保员工安全和生产合规；
● 协调内外部资源，推动EHS政策在各部门的落地执行；
● 监测并报告EHS相关数据，配合政府监管部门的检查与沟通。
● 【任职要求】
● 本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程或相关专业背景；
● 具有注册安全工程师证书；
● 8-10年及以上EHS管理相关工作经验，3年及以上锂电行业工作经验；
● 熟悉国家安全生产法律法规及EHS管理体系标准；
● 具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题分析与解决能力。
