职位描述
Lead the development of ADAS domain controller, drive successful delivery through the PPAP, and support issue resolution during after-sales stages
Major Responsibilities
•Lead system-level technical oversight of the ADAS domain controller, covering both software platform architecture and hardware platform adaptation
•Review and approve operating system, middleware, and software deployment architecture to ensure system stability and scalability
•Plan and manage system resource allocation and usage boundaries, including CPU/GPU/NPU computing power, memory, storage, and system bandwidth
•Evaluate the feasibility of hardware platform solutions from a vehicle application perspective, including SoC capability, memory bandwidth, and high-speed interface resource allocation
•Lead power consumption and thermal risk assessments of the domain controller, identify performance degradation risks caused by thermal throttling, and drive optimization
•Conduct technical reviews of system stability and fault recovery mechanisms, including process monitoring, watchdog strategies, abnormal restart handling, and fault isolation design
•Drive the establishment of a robust software engineering framework for the domain controller, including logging, diagnostics, OTA upgrade strategies, and software version management
•Evaluate power supply system applicability, as well as EMC/EMI and vehicle environmental impacts on domain controller stability, and support related issue investigation
•Review and track performance and reliability test results, identify system-level risks, and drive supplier improvement actions
•Support system-level issue analysis when ADAS algorithms are deployed on the domain controller, clarifying responsibility boundaries among algorithm, system software, and hardware
•Participate in Functional Safety and SOTIF technical reviews related to the ADAS domain controller, ensuring platform-level safety mechanisms meet overall vehicle safety goals
Skill requirement
•Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields
•Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive electronics or embedded system development/system integration, with mass production development experience in ADAS domain controllers
Strong understanding of embedded Linux or QNX system architecture, including process scheduling, memory management, and system stability design
Understanding of high-performance SoC platform architecture and the relationship among computing performance, power consumption, and thermal design
Familiar with automotive Ethernet and common in-vehicle communication middleware such as SOME/IP and DDS
Knowledge of automotive power supply characteristics and the impact of EMC/EMI on electronic system stability
Proven ability in system performance analysis and issue troubleshooting, capable of identifying system-level bottlenecks based on logs and test data
Familiar with automotive software mass production engineering requirements, including OTA updates, diagnostics, log traceability, and version management processes
Basic understanding of ISO 26262 functional safety concepts and system-level safety mechanisms such as monitoring, redundancy, fault detection, and degradation strategies; experience related to ADAS safety is preferred
Familiar with domestic and international regulations related to ADAS
Strong capability in system-level technical reviews and cross-supplier communication and coordination
