电子产品工程师

主要职责
1. create HW module specification per customer and system requirements;
根据客户和系统需求，创建硬件模块技术说明书
2. develop hardware architecture with existing development standards and design guidelines;
根据开发流程和设计规范指南，创建硬件架构
3. Analyze, simulate and optimize electronic circuit according to existing HW architecture;
依据硬件架构，对模块电路进行仿真，分析，优化
4.Define material and components with consideration of economic,
qualitative and technological aspects in a project group;
对器件从质量，经济，技术等角度考虑进行优选
5. Create HW related documents per hardware development process (like BOM, circuit diagram, WCA, FMEA)
依据硬件开发流程，创建硬件相关文档如BOM, WCA,FMEA…
6. Perform defined hardware development reviews through the full hardware development
process and release documents;
进行硬件开发相关的活动如原理图评审，文档的创建与发放
7.Hardware verification plan based on the system requirement,
and organize the verification test of circuit function, performance and Vehicle test.
编写硬件测试规格书，并依据规格书对功能进行测试验证，同时支持整车试验及功能验证
8. Analyze and solve the hardware issues occurred during DV（include EMC）, PV and Vehicle test, and record all the issues in the lesson learned
解决DV/PV/EMC试验中遇到的硬件问题,并做好经验总结
9.Support project quotation with leading by Program manager and technical communication
supporting to acquisition team leading by sales.
在项目经理领导下支持项目报价，以及在销售领导下支持项目的技术交流。
10. Other job assigned by superior.
上级主管安排的其它工作。
能力要求
1.Good understanding and sloid experienced with hardware development process
also be familiar with HW module testing standards (automotive level related)
熟练掌握硬件开发的流程，以及熟悉汽车行业硬件模块开发的测试标准.
2. Strong background & knowledge on electronic engineering, automotive is plus.
具有很强的电子开发的背景和知识，汽车行业优先。
3. Master to use HW development tools (such as Cadence, MathCAD, ICAPS, oscillograph，etc…)
掌握使用基本的硬件开发工具（比如Cadence, MathCAD, ICAPS, oscillograph 等）
4. Business English language required
商务英语沟通无障碍
5. At least 2 years working experience in electronics development, automotive experience is preferred.
至少2年以上电子开发设计经验，汽车行业优先。
6. Above engineering bachelor’s degree required, electronics/software relative is preferred.
工程背景本科学士以上，电子或者软件相关背景优先。
7. Good communication skill, team working sprit and strong proactive working attitude with target orientation.
较强的沟通能力，强烈的团队合作精神以及以目标为导向的积极工作态度。

9. 熟悉质量五大工具 APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA、接受过IATF16949方面的培训。
