Tasks / Area of Responsibility 主要职责
1.Maximize the production line output, reduce the production cost, improve the product quality
最大化生产线的产出,降低生产成本，提高产品质量
2.New project industrialization, responsible for QCT of Operations
主导新项目投产，负责运营部门的质量时间和成本
3.As core team member of new project to coordinate all functional departments in Operations to meet the QCT target of assigned project/production lines
作为团队的核心成员协调相应的运营职能部门来达到量产项目的质量、时间和成本的目标
4.Improve product quality KPIs such as *** Pass Yeild/scrap rate/failure rate through QC 7 tools
通过QC七大手法等方法提高产品质量相关的绩效指标，列如首次通过率/报废率/不良率
5.Improve production efficiency through Kaizen activities(Standard work, VSM, SMED and layered audit), and complish monthly reports(down time, scrap, FPY, etc)
通过推动日常改善活动(例如标准化作业、价值流分析、快速换型和分层审核)来提高生产
效率, 并完成相关月度分析报表（停线、报废、首次通过率等）
6.Analyze production line capacity regularly to ensure the customer demand can be fulfilled. Finish parameter list update of CLC in time
定期分析生产线产能，以确保客户订单得到满足, 并按时完成CLC报告的数据更新
7.Support to implement lean manufacturing in workshop
支持精益生产在车间内的实施
8.Support EHS department to ensure production safety
支持环安部门以确保生产安全
9.Production line ESD testing and reporting, temperature profile measurement & report, support annual qualification of equipment
生产线防静电测试和汇报, 炉温测试和报告, 支持年度设备验证
10.MFG cost improvement
持续改善制造成本
11.Create and update SAP master data(Production BOM/Routing/Kanban/Production version) and responsible for the data quality
创建和更新SAP主数据(生产原材料表/流程表/看板/生产版本)并对数据质量负责
12.Introduce new equipment according to the product process flow .
按照产品工艺流程，导入新设备.
13.Maintain the production related documentation(Layout,Process Flow Chart,PFMEA,Work Instruction, check list)
维护生产相关的文件(生产线布局图，工艺流程图，过程失效模式分析，作业指导书，检查表）
14.Join the customer and internal process audit and implement improvement actions，and finish layered audit report of lavel 2 in time
参与客户和内部的审核并执行相关的改进措施，并及时更新2级分层审核表
15.Work with quality department to define and implement action plan regarding customer complain.
与质量部门一起针对客户投诉制定和执行改进计划
16.Train and qualify operator according to Work Instruction
依据作业指导书培训和考核生产操作人员
17.Introduce Engineering Change into series production with defined QCT target
依据定义的质量、时间和成本目标来导入工程变更到批量生产状态
Required Competencies 能力要求
1.Good coordinate and communication skill, experienced in global SMT project will be a plus
良好的沟通合作技巧,有跨国SMT项目导入经验者优先
2.Experience with quality methodologies and tools. 6sigma green/black belt will be a plus
熟练运用质量方法和工具，6sigma绿带或黑带证书者优先
3.Familiar with FMEA, MSA, PPAP. Knowledge in IATF16949
熟悉FMEA, MSA, PPAP，及IATF16949知识
4.Fluent oral and written English.
流利的英文听说写能力
5.Familiar with office software (Windows, MS office, MS project, AutoCAD)
熟悉Windows, MS office, MS project, AutoCAD等办公软件
6.Strong self-motivation and team work spirit
良好的工作积极性和团队合作精神
Experience 工作经验要求
1.At least 5 years of work experience as an SMT or assembly manufacturing engineering manager.
至少5 年SMT或装配制造工程经理相关工作经验
2.Experience in automotive area will be a plus.
有汽车行业相关工作经验者优先。
3.Familiar with milling，press fit，selective wave soldering，conformal coating process is necessary。
熟悉milling，press fit，selective wave soldering，conformal coating工艺。
4.Familiar with ICT/FCT is best。
熟悉ICT/FCT测试原理***。
