Responsibility/工作职责：
Under the direction of the Asia Pacific Sourcing & Logistics Manager, will effectively and efficiently identify, assess, develop, establish and manage related Asian suppliers to ensure the reliable supply continuity of the selected components and commodities to Victaulic globally at the most economical TOTAL costs. Frequent travel (50% as a Min.) is required.
在亚太区采购及物流经理领导下，有效筛选、评估、确定和发展，以及管理亚洲地区供应商，确保提供给公司全球的选定部件和商品在最经济的成本基础上，可靠且持续的供应。此岗位需要经常出差(至少50%时间)。
1. New supplier identification, assessment and establishment for required commodities / components in line with Victaulic Corp. procedures and business practices, to support Victaulic current and potential business needs in Asian Region and globally
遵循公司总部的流程及运行程序，就需要的部件/商品，筛选、评估及确定新的供应商，支持公司在亚太地区和全球范围内现有和潜在的业务需求；
2. Management of the related approved suppliers: including measurement and improvement of responsible Asian suppliers’ capacity, price, lead time, stock, delivery, packaging, logistics, communication, etc. Coordinate with QA and related Engineering people to closely work with responsible suppliers on solving quality issues
对已获认可的供应商进行管理：包括对亚洲地区相关供应商的能力、价格、货期、库存、交货、包装、物流及沟通等方面进行评估与改善，与质量部和工程部相关人员协调和密切合作，解决相关供应商在质量方面的问题；
3. Analysis and interpretation of Asian quote packages representing Victaulic global requirements including Asian plants. Negotiation and agreement of global supply contracts for selected commodities and components for Victaulic globally
按照公司全球包括亚洲工厂要求对亚洲地区报价组合进行分析和解读，就公司全球范围内指定商品和部件商谈及签订全球供货合同；
4. Timely communication of updated Victaulic requirements, practices & processes to responsible Asian suppliers (such as CCD, new standards, processes, etc.)
就公司要求、流程及运行程序的更新信息，与亚洲地区相关供应商作及时沟通(例如CCD, 新标准，流程，等)；
5. Timely search, identify and develop the new suppliers, timely obtain, negotiate and present the quotations from the selected suppliers
及时有效地寻找、筛选和发展新供应商，及时获取选定供应商报价，并负责谈判和汇报；
6. Issue the sample or pattern orders to suppliers after the quotations are approved, and effectively follow up the sampling processes and interact with QA and suppliers during the whole sample process
报价确认后，向供应商订购样品或样板，并在样品制作的整个过程中，与质量部和供应商沟通协调，有效跟进样品制作流程；
7. Work in a cross-function environment and implement necessary purchasing tasks as the roles of Sourcing Specialist
在多任务环境下开展工作，作为采购专业负责执行必要的采购任务；
8. Other duties may be assigned by the Asia Pacific Sourcing & Logistics Manager.
执行亚太区采购及物流经理布置的其他任务；
Qualification 任职资格：
1. * Self-Motivated, result driven /goal oriented with customer focus and sense of urgency积极主动、以客户为中心的结果/目标导向，有紧迫感；
2. * Hands-on sourcing experience including PO issuing, supplier performance scorecard management, etc. in a MRP II environment, and with a detail-oriented manner
具备采购方面实际操作经验，包括在MRP II环境里下订单、供应商表现评估卡管理等，注重细节；
3. Fundamental products and manufacturing knowledge of ductile iron casting, fabrication and various products used in piping system, physical properties or materials and engineering techniques used in new product development and product operations具备基本的产品及制造知识，包括球墨铸铁铸造及加工、配管系统中使用的各类产品的物理特性、材质，以及新产品开发和生产运营中使用的工程技术；
4. * Be able to read blue print, PC literate, able to use Microsoft Office software applications, sound presentation skills at all levels
能够读懂蓝图、技术资料，熟练运用微软办公室软件，具备较强的演示能力；
5. Strong Negotiation, project management and time management skills are required
具备突出的谈判能力、项目管理和时间管理能力；
6. Extensive sourcing and purchasing knowledge with the ability to participate in business negotiations for pricing, commercial terms and conditions, import/export knowledge / experience and general knowledge of supply chain / logistics 具
备进出口方面的知识/经验，以及供应链/物流方面的基本知识；
7. * Demonstrated interpersonal skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people in a team environment. Excellent English skills (oral & writing communications)
具有较强的人际交流能力，能够在一个多样化的团队中进行有效的团队合作。突出的英语表达能力（口语及书写表达能力）；
Education and Experience Requirements 教育背景及工作经验要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field 机械工程相关专业大学本科或以上学历；
2.Required minimum 5 years’ experience in sourcing and purchasing五年以上采购或供应商开发经验；
3. A plus for working in a cross functional environment and /or in a global culture具备在多功能环境下及/或国际化环境下工作的经验者尤佳；
薪资范围： 税前18-22K（13薪)
