职位描述
2、依据业务合同约定，完成客户 / 供应商对账单的审核工作，核对交易明细、金额准确性，确保结算数据与合同条款一致，避免结算争议。
3、负责与往来客商（客户 / 供应商）对接对账与款项催收，制定催款计划、跟进回款进度，保障公司资金流正常运转，降低坏账风险。
4、参与业务合同及涉险条款的审核，重点核查财务相关条款（如付款方式、结算周期、违约责任等），协同法务部、财务部评估合同风险，提出优化建议，规避财务与法律合规风险。
5、梳理业务运营全流程（从项目立项到结算回款）与结算规则，协助财务总监建立健全各业务模块的财务管理制度、操作规范，推动业务财务工作标准化、制度化。
6、针对不同业务项目开展多维度经营分析，包括项目盈利性、成本管控效果、经营预算达成率、回款进度等，形成可视化分析报告（如月度经营分析报告、项目复盘报告）。
7、基于分析结果提出经营优化建议，推动业务部门调整策略，助力经营层达成年度营收、利润、回款等核心目标。

The company will be able to provide integrated supply chain services to both internal and external customers in transportation, warehouse, information processing, inventory control, product quality control and comprehensive cold chain logistics services. Moreover according to traditional retail and new retail networks, allocation center and distribution center will be built respectively. Self-developed integrated business systems including WMS, TMS, DMS, OMS etc. are setting up for all business units of the Group including online platform for fresh food business and also provide information network platform for the new retail and internet business for model transformation. In future, CP supply chain business will invest in large scale of intelligent fresh food storage logistics center, cold chain warehouse, agriculture products and fresh food processing center.
