Key Responsibilities:
· Architectural Strategy: Define and document the end-to-end system architecture, including data flow, integration points (APIs), and deployment strategies.
· Technology Governance: Act as the technical authority for the specified stack (React, .NET Core/Java, MySQL/Postgres), defining standards for coding, security, performance, and reliability (SLOs).
· System Design: Design high-performance, maintainable, and cost-efficient solutions, utilizing patterns such as microservices, domain-driven design, and event-driven architecture.
· Vendor & Partner Oversight: Provide architectural governance and technical direction to external development partners, ensuring their solutions align strictly with internal standards, security policies, and the defined system architecture.
· Road mapping: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to establish the technical roadmap for platform evolution and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:
· 5-8+ years of experience as a senior developer or lead developer, with at least 2 years in an architecture-focused role.
· Expert proficiency in React ecosystem (state management, performance optimization) with modern backend frameworks mastery (ideally in .NET Core or Java (Spring))
· Extensive experience with database design and optimization, specifically with MySQL/Postgresql.
· Strong knowledge of architectural patterns (e.g., modular monoliths, microservices, layered architecture) and design patterns.
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
· Excellent communication and leadership skills to get buy-in from both the development team and business stakeholders.
