岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
*负责华南区域工业五金产品销售目标的达成。
Responsible for achieving sales targets for Manufacturing in the South China region.
*制定并执行区域销售计划,提升市场占有率。
Formulate and execute regional sales plans to enhance market share.
*识别商业机会,开发客户群,促使其成为快速增长的区域之一。
Identify business opportunities and develop the customer base, driving the region to become one of the fastest-growing areas.
*维护重点客户关系,推动合作落地。
Maintain relationships with key clients and drive the realization of partnerships.
*管理区域销售团队,提升团队业绩与专业能力。
Manage the regional sales team, enhancing both team performance and professional capabilities.
*确保销售员和其他员工工作的有效性和效率;激励,沟通和指导其团队
Team Management & Coaching: Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of sales staff and other employees; motivate, communicate with, and guide the team.
*收集市场及竞品信息,输出分析与策略建议。
Collect market and competitor information and provide analysis and strategic recommendations.
*执行公司下达的政策和战略。
Implement company policies and strategies.

任职要求
Job Requirements
*本科及以上学历机械设计、木材等工科相关专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or above. A major in Mechanical Design, Wood Science, or other engineering-related fields is preferred.
*5 年以上五金、工具、建材等行业销售经验;有华南区域资源者优先。必须具备管理团队的经验。
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hardware, tools, or building materials industries; possession of resources in the South China region is preferred. Team management experience is a must
*具备渠道开发与客户管理能力,熟悉工程建筑,装修家居类相关产品行业运作模式。
Demonstrated ability in channel development and customer management, with a deep understanding of the operational models of the building material industry.
*能够从容应对风险和不确定性,而不做出过于简单化的结论。
The ability to comfortably handle risk and uncertainty without drawing simplistic conclusions
*能够以全面的方式思考和行动。
The ability to think and act in a comprehensive way
*在考虑和整合多领域视角时,能够进行跨职能思考并采取行动。
The ability to think and act cross-functionally when considering and integrating a wide range of perspectives.

*目标感强,执行力佳,能承受一定压力。
Strong goal orientation and excellent execution skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
*具备良好的沟通谈判和团队管理能力。
Possess strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
*能接受区域内频繁出差;持驾照优先。
Willingness to travel frequently within the region; a valid driver's license is preferred.
