Commodity Buyer, Indirect

*Job Overview/ Purpose of the Role
• In base of company sourcing strategy and sourcing process, to execute sourcing activities and business management per categories for indirect purchasing, as well as the other assignments within boundaries of time, cost and quality while focusing and managing expectation and requirement of the stakeholders.
Provide general purchasing service & support to the whole team. eg. Data analysis, payment support, SAP system maintenance. (such as contract, price, sourcing list, PR, PO)
*Key Responsibilities
• Execute sourcing strategy and business plan that fully meet the needs of our internal business partner with standard process.
• Define internal needs, analyze market conditions and implement procurement strategies and process to assure supply and price competitiveness and improve business partner satisfaction.
• Aggressively negotiation absolute best price, terms and conditions.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers and interiors, while effectively resolving supplier performance/capability issues to ensure alignment with company’s direction.
• Assistant with manager to complete process governance. Refresh local playbook and SOP.
• SAP system maintenance, include purchasing contract, supplier price, sourcing list, PR, PO and others.
• Support the global purchasing projects

*Qualifications (Education/ Experience/ Key Competencies)
• Bachelor’s degree in business/supply chain/mechanical/engineering.
• 1+ years’ purchasing experience in automotive industry
• Process discipline and clear integrity
• Strong communication skills and high EQ.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Highly motivated, assertive, able to work independently and manage projects to predefined timelines and deadlines
• SAP system experience in MM&CO modules preferred.
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work across a variety of cultures and mindsets.
