How you’ll make an impact
1. You will be responsible for daily operation of HV laboratory, management of experimental team, skill training and performance appraisal.
2. According to the requirements of IEC/GB, You will develop the routine factory test procedures for products, including particle discharge measurement, power frequency withstand voltage, accuracy test, leakage test, etc., and ensure the effectiveness and compliance of the test;
3. According to the continuous development of the company, you will be responsible for the improvement plan of laboratory testing ability, daily maintenance and maintenance of test equipment.
4. You will be responsible for the safety, quality control and efficiency improvement of laboratory tests to meet the factory's capacity demand for routine tests.
5. You will be having the continuous improvement of test lab and do support other works arranged by managers.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's and above degree in electrical major.
2. 5+ years of experience of HV test lab management, foreign company experience is preferred.
3. Have a certain understanding of quality management, QC tools, IATF tools, six sigma understanding of the priority.
4. Master’s in office 360 skill.
5. Easy going personality, good communication and organization ability.
6. Reading and writing English can be used as working language, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
