工艺工程师(J11111)

1、 负责工艺文件的编写、更新、培训。
Responsible for writing, updating and training of method provision.
2、 负责项目图纸审核（包括内部客户及外部客户），项目工艺方案的编写、实施及培训，工装、模具的设计及准备。
Responsible for project drawing review (including internal and external customers); Responsible for preparation, implementation and training of engineering solution; Responsible for design and preparation of tooling and molds.
3、 处理小组生产过程中遇到的图纸问题、工艺问题及质量问题。
Handle the issues related with the drawing, production process and quality during manufacturing in production group.
4、 不合格品及客户投诉的处置：处置措施或方案、原因分析、纠正预防措施。
Handling of non-conforming products and customer complaints: disposal measures or solutions, cause analysis, corrective and preventive measures.
5、 外部客户报价阶段，产品加工能力审查及报价支持。
In the quotation stage of external customer, check and confirm production capacity and provide technical support.
6、 提出并执行质量改进项目、持续改进项目。
Propose and implement quality improvement projects and continuous improvement projects.
7、 评估设备产能，策划和推进固定资产投资。
Evaluate machine capacity, propose and implement capital expenditure investment.
8、 优化生产布局、流程、标准及装备，提高安全、质量及效率，降低生产运行成本Optimize production layout, process flow, production standards and equipment to improve safety, quality, and productivity, and reduce operational costs.
9、 与集团工艺专家紧密合作，推进新工艺、新材料、新装备的研究和应用。
Work closely with global process experts to promote development and application of new processes, materials, and equipment.
【职位要求 Position requirement】
1、 机械工程类专业，学士学位及以上。
Bachelor‘s degree and above in Mechanical Engineering majors.
2、 工作经验3年及以上机械制造业或家具加工业生产工艺经验。
At least 3 years of work experience in production process of mechanical manufacturing industry or woodworking industry.
3、 CET-4及以上，熟练掌握英语口语和书面语。
CET-4 or above, proficient in both spoken and written English.
4、 具有良好的沟通能力及团队意识。
Good communication skills and team collaboration.
