岗位职责:
1. You will develop, implement, and manage EHS policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with local, national, and international regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), conduct regular EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions to minimize incidents and ensure compliance.
2. You will investigate EHS incidents, accidents, and near misses, determine root causes, and implement preventative measures to avoid recurrence, provide expert EHS guidance and support to various departments, including engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and research & development and develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees at all levels, ensuring a strong safety culture and awareness.
3. You will manage environmental permits, licenses, and reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to regulatory bodies and monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics, identify trends, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
4. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies (e.g., regulatory bodies, consultants) on EHS matters, stay abreast of new EHS regulations, industry best practices, and technological advancements, and incorporate them into Hitachi's EHS programs.
5. You will participate in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and environmental impact reduction programs.
6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

任职要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in EHS roles, preferably within a manufacturing or technology-focused industry.
3. Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or equivalent are highly desirable, in-depth knowledge of relevant EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
4. Proven experience in conducting EHS audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
5. Strong understanding of environmental management systems, waste management, air emissions, wastewater treatment, and chemical safety. Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective EHS training programs.
6. Proficiency in EHS management software and Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
