Responsibilities: - Familiarize with company products, responsible for pre-sales product demonstrations and technical communication. - Handle product installation, testing, commissioning, and abnormal issue resolution during and after sales. - Provide customers with technical consulting, on-site guidance, training, and other services. - Strengthen company impression in key customers or market events - Competitor product analysis - Perform additional tasks as required. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Automation, Power Engineering, or related fields. - Over 5 years of work experience in technical support related to electrical products or electrical systems. Solid theoretical knowledge in electrical engineering. - Possess fundamental knowledge of network technology; familiar with Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU communication protocols. - Proficient in CAD software; experience in visual programming is preferred. - Experience in on-site technical services in the shipbuilding or hospital industries is preferred. - Business trip is required - Team player and outgoing - Good command of written and spoken English
