进出口单证操作


1. 协调进出口运输以及与货代、船公司之间的联络。


2. 客户的业务联系、维护沟通。


3. 根据要求制作相关文件及归档、开具账单、制作报表。


4. 货物数据、信息、费用及时完整地录入系统。

1. 有相关进出口操作工作经验者优先

2. 熟练运用办公软件及货代操作系统

Job responsibilities:
1. Coordinate import and export transportation and liaison with freight forwarders and shipping companies. 

2. Business contact and maintenance communication of customers. 

3. Make relevant documents, archive, issue bills and make statements as required. 

4. The goods data, information and expenses shall be input into the system in a timely and complete manner. 


Job requirements:
1. Relevant import and export operation experience is preferred
2. Skillfully use office software and freight forwarding operating system
