职位描述
使用适当的设备和培训,对无线局域网进行故障修复调查
升级的/过期的/未解决的事件和iTASK的本地联系人
当地联络点,跟进NOC和当地供应商(如电信,电缆等)
协调并管理与SDL及客户网络团队的沟通(例如事件更新)
跟进和支持运营团队开放的RI TM
支持其他计划,如TLM,容量,发布,问题管理
网络设备库存和备件管理(如支持/协调实物盘点)
根据需要从网络工具(如LogicMonitor、Netscout、Tornado、Prime等)运行网络CI报告
