· Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (both spoken and written) is essential.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
· Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques and documentation methodologies.
· Experience with business process modeling tools and methodologies.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with specific software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
· Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
