Responsibilities:

o Analyse and resolve network hardware and software connectivity issues.
o Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Wireless access points and controllers.
Perform network infrastructure remote monitoring and management using SolarWinds network monitoring tool.
o Respond to incoming tickets, troubleshoot, and escalate, if necessary.
o Network trends analysis for capacity planning and proactive fault finding.
o Root cause analysis of network syslog and documentation.
o Work with TAC as and when required.
o Good Knowledge and hand-on with Network administration
o Good Hands-on wireless technology with experience on Extreme & Cisco
o Should have extensive knowledge of switching/Routing.
o Performance tuning and Bandwidth monitoring
o Maintain and support services/hardware’s under network team responsibility.
o Contribute to documentation, review standards and operational procedures.
o Troubleshooting the issues on different network platforms LAN, Wireless
o Provide RCA of the major incidents/problems
o Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shift.
o Cisco ISE design, implement and operate.

Qualifications Required:

o Strong Knowledge in Network administration processes and concepts.
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
o The following certifications are a plus: CCNA, CCNP, ITIL V3 or ITIL V4
o Technology SDLAN (CISCO SDA) , CISCO DNAC, CISCO ISE, BIG IP , DDI and SDWAN – CISCO
o Experience and troubleshooting in routing (OSPF / BGP routing protocols), VPN and Wireless
Highly experienced with Wired/wireless networking and network security.
o Knowledge of Tools like Logic Monitor, SolarWinds, Thousand eyes, CISCO Spaces
o Good Knowledge of Security Technologies.
o Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Desired:
o Hands on experience in Cisco 7500, 7206, 2600, 1700 series routers and 2900, 3900,3750 Catalyst switches. Wireless WLC 5500, 5520, 2500, 4400 and 3504 series, Access points and Meraki device.
o Routing and Switching skills.
o Knowledge and experience in Industrial Ethernet platforms- Cisco. Siemens Scalance
