职位描述
•Oversee the end-to-end demand planning process for products/businesses, including demand research, analysis, organization, prioritization, and implementation follow-up, ensuring that demands are accurately aligned with business objectives.
•Utilize demand planning skills, integrate market trends, user feedback, and business data to develop rational demand planning solutions that support product iteration and business expansion decisions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, operations, and sales to promote demand implementation, track project progress, promptly resolve issues during the demand execution process, and ensure on-time project delivery.
•Participate in assortment planning for products/businesses, assist in optimizing product category structure and enhancing category competitiveness; candidates with relevant experience may lead assortment planning-related projects.
•Establish and improve demand management mechanisms, regularly review the effectiveness of demand implementation, output demand analysis reports, and continuously optimize the demand planning process.
•Collect demand planning cases of relevant sports products/businesses in the industry, extract reusable experience, and provide professional support to the team.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields.
•Above 3 years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, with solid Demand Planning skills and familiarity with the entire demand management process.
•Experience in Assortment Planning is preferred, with knowledge of category management, product mix optimization and other related knowledge.
•Strong data analysis capabilities, proficient in using tools such as Excel and SQL for data mining and analysis, and able to output valuable analytical conclusions.
•Excellent logical thinking, communication and coordination skills, and problem-solving abilities, capable of efficiently promoting cross-departmental collaboration.
•Strong sense of responsibility, learning ability and pressure resistance, able to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to clearly write requirement documents, report materials, etc.
