Computer Skills:
Intermediate/Advanced level programming skills and experience of high-level functional programming languages focused on data engineering use-cases (e.g., Python, R, SAS, or SQL).
Good knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle, AWS, AZURE etc)
Data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, ).
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
Other Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Quality Methodologies and techniques – statistical analysis methods, root cause analysis techniques, six sigma, etc.
Experience designing and executing validation and verification processes.
Familiarity with automated testing tools, systems, or frameworks (for software industries).
Understanding of industry-specific regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GCP, GMP, etc.).
Experience managing or participating in audits (internal, external, regulatory).
Proficiency in tools like Minitab, Tableau, or Python for statistical and data analysis.
Understanding of system design, engineering processes, and production workflows.
Experience working using Agile Methodology and very good communication skills.
Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying complex quality concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and decision-making capabilities to address complex quality challenges.
8+ years of experience in system engineering for pharmaceuticals, with 4-5 years in a role managing technical and quality related projects.
