Knowledge/Education Required
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience delivering production systems.
• Technical
proficiency in:
o React
(modern JavaScript/TypeScript) and integration with UX/design systems.
o Python
(Django/Flask or similar), Java or .Net.
o Data:
SQL and NoSQL databases; familiarity with vector databases for semantic search.
o Message
queues/streaming
o Cloud:
Microsoft Azure services (compute, storage, networking) and resource
provisioning.
o DevOps:
Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Proven
ability to design, build, and tune high concurrency, high performance
applications.
• Strong
problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability
to learn new technologies quickly, work under pressure, and meet tight
deadlines.
• Fluent
English, spoken and written.
• Preferred
experience in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries
(regulated environments).
• Preferred
hands on work with AI (e.g., LLMs, RAG, vector stores, prompt engineering,
agent workflows).
• Familiarity with observability and performance tooling; security and compliance best
practices.
• Nice
to have: Infrastructure as Code and containerization/orchestration
(Docker/Kubernetes).
