Reliability Engineer-苏州-英语流利

Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers to execute reliability tests according to established test plans and deliver timely results.
Prepare detailed and accurate test reports.
Assist in failure analysis investigations.
Collaborate with vendors to calibrate and maintain reliability facilities as well as to resolve technical challenges.
Support lab logistics, including inventory management and organization.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, or experimental setting.
Familiar with typical reliability test procedure, e.g., environmental, mechanical testing.
Understanding of failure analysis techniques (X-Ray, CT, SEM/EDS, FTIR, XPS, C- SAM) is a plus.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
Proven ability to effectively communicate with and manage relationships with external vendors.
Experience with lab management is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage small projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong commitment to quality.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Education and experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
