- Programming & Automation: Strong Python skills for platform automation, tooling, and testing.
- AWS Expertise: EC2/ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS/Redshift, CloudTrail/Config; hands-on with multi-account and cross-account roles.
- IaC & CI/CD: Expert in Terraform (modularity, state, environment isolation, versioning); familiarity with CloudFormation; proficient with GitHub Actions/Jenkins; strong GitOps, code review, and branching practices.
- Security & Compliance: Working knowledge of CIS baselines; experience remediating via Wiz/AWS Security Hub; least-privilege and ABAC design and implementation.
- Cost & Observability: Identify waste (rightsizing, elasticity, storage, inter‑region traffic), implement optimizations, and track savings; tagging, allocation, budgets/alerts, and cost reporting.
- Containers & Data: EKS fundamentals; Helm/Kustomize; understanding of S3/Lake Formation/Glue/Redshift and IaC for migrations.
- Troubleshooting & Logging: Proficient with logs, metrics, and traces for end-to-end diagnosis; hands-on with CloudWatch (Logs/Insights/Alarms), Prometheus/Grafana, and log aggregation/analysis platforms.
- Soft Skills: Cross-team collaboration; clear English/Chinese communication; solid Scrum execution; strong documentation and runbook discipline.
