GMP 仓库支持-数字化

1. 岗位概述
该岗位面向仓库日常运营与合规场景，负责将现有纸质执行表单系统性转化为电子化执行表单，并推动在一线稳定落地与持续优化。
This role supports daily warehouse operations and compliance by systematically converting existing paper execution forms into electronic execution forms, and driving stable frontline adoption with continuous optimization.
2. 核心职责
梳理流程与关键控制点，设计/配置电子表单，组织试点验证与培训，建立数据质量与使用效果监控机制。
Map warehouse processes and critical control points; design and configure electronic execution forms; lead pilot validation and training; and establish monitoring mechanisms for data quality and usage effectiveness.
3. 任职资格
熟悉GMP仓库的日常运作（收发料和仓储）和相关GMP法规要求以及一定IT/数字化经验，能够把业务需求转化为可执行的表单与流程设计，并具备跨部门协作与持续改进的落地能力。
Be familiar with warehouse operations (receipt, storage management and material dispensing, shipment) and solid IT/digital experience, with the ability to translate business needs into executable form/process designs and to drive cross-functional delivery and continuous improvement.
