大客户销售
BASIC FUNCTION(基本职能):
To manage the daily customer relationship through proactive service and technical support. Meet and exceed the annual budget order intake and sales revenue target. Maintain and increase the market share for assigned customer base.
能够通过日常主动积极的服务和支持来管理和提升客户关系, 完成并超过年度销售预算(订单和销售目标),保持现有所负责的客户市场份额,并持续增长。
PRIMARY DUTIES(主要职责):
  • Meet the sales budget for assigned customer accounts.
  • 完成所负责客户的各项销售目标,包括订单和销售额。
  • Maintain daily close relationships with key accounts and ensure customer needs are followed up and met.
  • 能够管理客户日常的需求和关系。
  • Develop and execute account plan for key customers.
  • 制定和实施关键客户的客户计划,并定期汇报。
  • Daily maintain SAP C4C data up to date.
  • 有效使用SAP管理查询自己的订单, 及时真实维护更新C4C日常数据包括但不限于机会\客户信息\预算等。
  • Undertake direct sales calls and manage all customer enquiries, including preparation of quotations and establishment of pricing levels.
  • 能够直接处理客户的需求和销售活动,包括报价,合同签订等。
  • Prepares and coordinates budgets, forecasts, and monthly or weekly reports, to be in line with financial purposes & reviews.
  • 能够制定销售的预算,预测,月度或每周报告,并提供满足财务各项要求的数据。
  • Provide mechanical seal technical support and training to customers.
  • 能够为客户提供日常的技术支持和培训。
  • Identify new market opportunities; develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers/clients within region.
  • 能够发现和锁定所负责客户的新销售机会,并将机会转化为订单和销售。
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the relate industry, available products and competitor activities within region.
  • 能够在日常的销售活动中,积累相关的市场信息,竞争信息,产品信息,为区域销售策略的实施作为基础。
  • Comply business ethical policy, all EHS requirement.
  • 能够遵守公司的商业道德规范,EHS各项要求。
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Education: 教育
  • A master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering backgrounds 本科及以上,工科专业
  • Experience:经验
  • At least 3-year relevant experience related to sales, service, and engineering.
  • 至少3年相关行业和岗位的工作经验
  • Excellent of leadership & management skills
  • 优秀的领导力和管理技能
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • 优秀的的合作协调和影响能力
  • Knowledge of flow chart development & streamlines, business development in sales & service 流程管理及销售管理的知识
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with related stakeholders
