How You’ll Make an Impact

- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Lead the project team, assign tasks, and monitor progress.

- Organize regular meetings to ensure effective communication among team members.

- Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

- Regularly report project progress to clients and address their feedback.

- Ensure project deliverables meet company and industry standards.

- Conduct post-project evaluations, summarize lessons learned, and continuously improve project management processes.

- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure projects are completed within budget.

- Prepare financial reports and analyze project financial status.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

- Over 5 years of project management experience in the transformer or power industry, with at least 2 years of team management experience.

- Familiarity with transformer design, manufacturing, and testing processes.

- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with personnel at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure.

- Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing, capable of technical communication.
