任职要求：
1. 有相关工程背景，能够理解机械设计原理和制造工艺。
2. 熟练使用CAD软件，能够创建和修改三维模型和二维绘图。
3. 具备出色的沟通和团队合作技巧，能够与不同级别和不同部门的同事合作。
4. 对汽车和设计行业有浓厚兴趣，并愿意不断学习和更新知识。
5. 能够自主思考和解决问题，在高压力下表现出色。
