乘用车热管理标定

负责 xHEV 和 BEV 热管理系统控制器的开发工作。此职位重点在于与供应商合作，提供符合全球 FOTA（固件远程升级）、功能安全（ISO 26262）、网络安全（ISO 21434）和 AUTOSAR 架构标准的解决方案。理想的候选人应具备全面负责热或座舱校准工作的经验，能够使用相关工具，并需对热控制的逻辑有准确的理解。
- 定义 HVAC 控制器通信（CAN/LIN）的消息矩阵和接口规范。
- 按照里程碑按时提交空调控制器软件和校准的相关交付成果。
- 编写与系统规格一致的清晰、全面的软件需求文档（SRD）。
- 在开发、测试和生产阶段排查和解决与 HVAC 系统相关的软件问题。
- 开发和维护用于诊断和固件更新的 UDS（统一诊断服务）协议。
- 使用 MATLAB/Simulink 等工具设计和实现应用层模型。
- 独立集成、验证并发布 HVAC 控制器的嵌入式软件。- 利用 CANoe 及其他工具进行网络模拟、调试和日志分析。
- 进行严格的测试（基准测试、车辆测试、环境测试），以确保符合功能和安全标准。
- 与跨职能团队（硬件、测试、供应商）合作，并用英语为全球利益相关者提供支持。
职位描述参考：
- 工程学学士学位，优先考虑电气工程、计算机科学、汽车工程、制冷和汽车空调专业方向。
- 至少 3 年汽车嵌入式系统经验，尤其在 HVAC/热管理方面优先。
- 精通 UDS、CAN/LIN 协议和汽车诊断。
- 熟练掌握 CANoe、CANalyzer 或类似用于网络分析的工具。
- 有基于模型的开发经验（例如 Simulink、ASCET）。
- 强大的编码/脚本编写技能（C/C++、Python、CAPL）。
- 英语流利（书面和口语），用于技术讨论和文档编写。
- 有解决复杂软件/硬件交互问题的出色能力。
