职位描述
1. 负责制动系统（含制动管路、制动主缸、助力器等核心部件）的方案设计与性能优化，确保系统满足整车安全及法规要求。
2. 主导制动系统的仿真分析（如制动距离、踏板感、热衰退性能）与试验验证，输出技术报告并推动问题闭环。
3. 协同供应商完成制动部件的选型与技术对接，参与零部件的质量管控与成本优化。
4. 跟进制动系统的量产导入，解决生产过程中的技术问题，保障产品一致性。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程等相关专业，基础扎实。
2. 具备3年以上制动系统研发经验，熟悉制动系统的工作原理及设计规范。
3. 掌握CATIA/UG等三维设计软件，能独立完成制动系统的建模与图纸输出。
4. 了解制动系统相关法规（如GB 7258），具备整车集成或底盘系统开发经验者优先。
5. 具备良好的问题分析能力与跨部门协作能力，能高效推动项目落地。
