职位描述
1. 参与整车底盘系统（悬挂、转向、制动等）的设计方案评审，输出专业技术意见，确保设计符合项目目标与性能要求。
2. 主导底盘设计流程的标准化建设，梳理并优化设计规范、BOM管理及变更流程，提升团队设计效率与质量。
3. 协同试验部门制定底盘性能测试方案，跟进测试数据的分析与问题闭环，推动设计迭代优化。
4. 负责底盘设计知识的沉淀与分享，组织内部技术培训，提升团队整体技术水平。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计等相关专业，基础扎实。
2. 具备3年以上底盘设计经验，熟悉底盘系统的设计逻辑与验证流程，有量产项目经验者优先。
3. 熟练使用CATIA、SolidWorks等CAD软件，了解CAE仿真工具的应用场景，能独立完成设计输出。
4. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力与团队协作精神，能高效推动设计问题的解决与项目落地。
5. 熟悉汽车行业设计标准与法规，具备较强的流程优化意识与文档编写能力。
