耐久性测试工程师

支持EGEP部门开展耐久性测试相关工作，包括CVP/CWP/3KZ/CWK试验以及试车场和公共道路上的其他测试。
具体职责如下：
- 组织并监控整车耐久性测试流程；
- 协调耐久性测试的相关工作及资源，包括零件更换、EAW检查以及问题交叉检查；
- 收集并整理车辆生命周期记录，包括测试数据、更换零件记录、EAW检查记录和车辆维护记录；
- 在JIRA系统中创建问题工单，并在问题分析过程中提供必要数据；
- 编写并发布耐久性测试状态报告；
- 确保根据测试计划顺利执行耐久性测试；
- 组织车辆拆解并跟踪相关问题；
- 编写耐久性测试报告；
- 负责管理和安排试车场的EGW技师及公共道路测试驾驶员的工作；
- 管理耐久性测试的问题工单。
Support EGEP dept. responsible for durabilty testing related work, includeCVP/CWP/3KZ/CWK and another testing in PG and the public road
Whole vehicle durability testing process organization and monitoring.-Coordination of durability testing-related work and resources, Including parts replacement, EAW inspection, and cross-inspection of issues.-Collect and organize the vehicle life cycle record includes test data, replacement parts records, EAW inspection records,and vehicle maintenance records
-Create the ticket in JIRA and provide the necessary data during the issue analysis process.-Write and distribute the status of durability testing.-Ensure the smooth running of the durability test according to the testing plan.-Organize vehicle disassembling and tracking the issues
-Write durability testing report.-Responsible for managing and arranging the work of EGW technicians in PG and the drivers in the public road testing-Manage the tickets of durability testing.
