总装工艺同步工程SE分析新能源汽车汽车研发/制造
Personnel Requirements 人员需求：
a. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent qualifications本科学历，车辆工程、机械工程专业或同等学历
b. At least 3 years of complete SE or process engineering experience3年及以上同步工程经验，或工艺工程经验
c. At least 3 years in vehicle assemble feasibility or manufacture feasibility analysis（powertrain）3年及以上整车可装配性/可制造型分析经验（powertrain）
d. SE experience in VW brand is preferred有大众集团同步工程相关工作经验者优先
e. Deep understanding of automotive processes and procedures, familiar with Volkswagen Group organization, systems and processes especially in technical and pre-series development熟悉汽车行业的研发流程和工艺，了解大众集团的组织架构，具有试制经验优先
f. Chinese & English speaking英语可以简单沟通
g.IT skills: MS Office, Connect / KVS, CATIA, JT2GO, MTM IT技能：MS Office, Connect / KVS, CATIA, JT2GO, MTM
