职位描述
1、 负责策划项目热管理开发计划，推进开发进度，协调资源，保障各项工作按计划实施；
2、 根据整车质量目标组织分解各系统开发目标，并进行过程控制、资源协调；
3、 根据产品开发目标，组织跨系统的技术评审及技术方案升级；
4、 依据研发系统的要求，完成各项目图纸流程、DVP、DFMEA、VTS、试验方案等相关技术文件的管控交付；
任职要求
1、教育背景与专业：大专及以上学历，车辆工程、机械设计及其自动化等机械相关专业；
2、工作经验：本科5年、硕士3年及以上汽车热管理研发或项目管理工作经验；
3、职业素养要求：组织承诺、团队合作、诚实正直、工作思路清晰、肯于钻研、策划与沟通；
4、能力要求：具备很强的工作沟通和表达能力，能独立完成问题分析，具有较强的管理素养；
